Readjust x-track detection sensor
It can happen that the x-track detection sensors bumps into the track, typically during manual operaton. This can cause the sensor mount to bend. This can lead to incorrect detection of the x-track.
In case of this problem, you might observe the following:
- The carrier does not move automatically.
- The carrier raises the following alarms:
- The carrier stops during an automatic movement.
You should see the lights of the sensor turned on, indicating that the track is detected properly:
If you instead see this, then you might need to readjust the x-track positioning sensor:
How to do it
In this video, Jeroen Bakker demonstrates how to adjust the sensor:
Jeroen recommends a distance of 5mm between track and sensor.
